Your jya login credentials — mobile number and password — are personal and confidential. Any activity carried out under your credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach to jya support.
Fair Play Obligation
Players must engage with jya in good faith. Attempting to exploit software errors, using automated bots, employing arbitrage strategies across bonuses, colluding with other players, or using any method intended to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly forbidden and will result in account closure and recovery of any winnings obtained through such conduct.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jya must be conducted using payment methods registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted. jya supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. jya is not responsible for delays caused by mobile financial service providers including bKash or Nagad network processing times.
Bonus Terms Apply

jya reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure, voiding of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
Account Verification (KYC)
jya operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Players are required to submit identity documents — including a copy of their Bangladeshi National ID card — before processing their first withdrawal. jya may request additional verification documents at any time, including proof of address and source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jya may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. Accounts that fail KYC will have withdrawals withheld pending successful verification. In cases of confirmed identity fraud, the account will be permanently closed and outstanding balances may be forfeited.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing
All deposits to your jya account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by jya, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and all other promotional incentives are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer. Unless a promotion's individual terms state otherwise, the following default conditions apply: (a) bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted; (b) only wagers placed on qualifying game categories count toward wagering requirements — check the specific promotion for qualifying games; (c) bonus funds are used before real-money funds in your wallet; (d) the maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is ৳500 per round or spin unless otherwise stated; (e) bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless individually specified otherwise.

Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jya platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
- Exploiting software glitches, display errors, or miscalculated odds to place bets with an unfair advantage
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sports events offered on the jya sportsbook
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using jya for the purpose of money laundering
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party
- Charging back a deposit through your payment provider while retaining winnings from those funds
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing jya support staff or other players in any communication channel
Game Rules and Betting Integrity
All casino games on jya use certified Random Number Generation ("RNG") technology or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer operations streamed from licensed studios. Game results are final once settled by the system. In the event of a technical fault during a live casino round or a sports betting event, jya reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. Winnings on void bets are not payable.
Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board ("BCB"), the International Cricket Council ("ICC"), or FIFA. jya's trading team may suspend a market at any time if integrity concerns arise. Bets placed after a market is suspended are void regardless of the outcome. Limitation of Liability
jya provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While jya makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible at all times, it does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity failures on the player's end, or force-majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated service interruptions.
jya's aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jya is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.
Privacy and Data Protection
jya collects, processes, and stores player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. jya does not sell personal data to third parties. Account Closure and Termination
You may close your jya account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet — after deducting any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within five business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
jya reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without notice, where jya has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to jya. In such cases, any outstanding bonuses are forfeited; legitimate real-money balances will be returned following an investigation period of no more than 30 days.
Governing Language and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. These Terms are effective from the date of your account registration and supersede all prior agreements between you and jya. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
